John Morley is an amateur electronic musician and composer from the US who recently bought a set of AudioCubes.
John Morley’s music is inspired by the 20th century avant-garde and early electronic artists such as Karheintz Stockhausen.
John Morley talks about his philosophy on electronic music on his blog On Music, Synthesis and Sound Design.
“Music to me, at least the experimental music I write, is musical fishing. It’s moving way outside the lines and trying to find a good catch, something that people will listen to and say wow, that’s taking me somewhere I have never been, into uncharted musical territory“, as he explains in one of his recent blog posts crossing the streams.
He’s working a great deal with additive synthesis and shares his experiences about additive synthesis and additive synthesizers in several of his blog posts. He’s not into drum machines or drum machine software, but he does have an interest in polyrhythms.
John Morley’s music is available on Soundcloud. You can listen to one of his latest songs below.

We’re really looking forward to see how John is going to integrate the AudioCubes into his work.
