AudioCubes Technical Specifications

IMPORTANT: Check out our new page for AudioCubes specs at http://land.percussa.com/audiocubes-specs/

AudioCubes are available in a set of 1, 2, 4, 8. The more cubes in a set, the more you can save on your cubes and software. One cube setups are great for quick hands-on manipulations of effects, while 2 and 4 cube setups are great for Live performance and more complex sound and music creation. The 8 cube set gives you the ultimate hands-on setup to control various aspects of your music and performance simultaneously.

The cubes come with first class technical support by the designer himself, 30 day money-back guarantee and 2 years of warranty. Manuals in 6 languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Japanese) at our manual wiki.

AudioCubes work with computers running Mac OSX 10.4 or later, or Windows XP SP2 or later. Works with Vista and Leopard. No drivers necessary.

Compatibility, System Requirements and Recommendations

  • The AudioCubes are compatible with Windows XP and Mac OSX 10.4 or later.
  • One USB 1.1 or later port is required to configure the AudioCubes.
  • We recommend to have at least 256MB of RAM in your computer, 600MB free disk space (for sound libraries) and a Pentium 3 or Mac G3 or later processor.
  • For charging the AudioCubes’ internal batteries we recommend the use of a USB Hub.
  • The cubes come with configuration software (patches) and the Max/MSP runtime. You don’t need Max/MSP to use the cubes or the software. The runtime is free. If you are an advanced user and want to modify our software (patches), you might want to buy a Max/MSP license (or use the demo freely available from Cycling74′s website).
